Digital Products Policy (No Right of Withdrawal or Return)

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the products sold on our store (digital assembly instructions, building guides, and parts lists), all sales are final.

Once the download process has started or the files have been made available to you, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted.

In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital content, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied via instant download once performance has begun with the customer's prior consent.

Technical Issues & Corrupted Files

We place great importance on the quality of our digital files. If you encounter any technical issues during download, or if a file is damaged, corrupted, or missing part of the instructions or parts list:

We will verify your order and send you a fully functional version of your files free of charge as soon as possible.

Exchanges

As digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to double-check the model you selected before completing your purchase.
