Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Digital Products Policy (Instructions & Parts Lists)

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our instruction files and parts lists, all sales of digital products are final. Once the download process has started or access links have been provided, no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be granted.

If you experience any technical issues during download, or if a file is corrupted or missing parts, please contact us immediately at scaledbricks@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you a replacement working file free of charge.

Physical Kits (Models with Bricks)

For physical building kits, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unbuilt, unused, with all original sealed parts bags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for a physical kit, you can contact us at scaledbricks@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Missing Parts, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing pieces, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For missing pieces in physical kits, contact us at scaledbricks@gmail.com with photo evidence, and we will dispatch replacement parts.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital downloads. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the physical item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it, unbuilt, with sealed bags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Note: This right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads once performance has begun with your consent).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Scaled Bricks reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is considered accepted only after written confirmation from Scaled Bricks.

• Digital Items: Digital files are delivered immediately upon order confirmation and payment processing. Because digital delivery is instant, cancellations or modifications are not accepted once the download access is granted.

• Physical Kits: Orders for physical kits will be shipped to the address provided. Your purchases are subject to the return or exchange conditions in our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for unauthorized commercial resale or public distribution.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties.

ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Digital Products: Digital instruction files and parts lists are delivered electronically via download links on the checkout screen and/or sent to your email address. No physical packages are shipped for digital-only purchases.

• Physical Kits: Physical orders will be shipped via third-party carriers. All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once physical products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including all digital downloadable instruction files, parts lists, visual designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Scaled Bricks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
