These Terms of Sale set forth the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases of products made through the Scaled Bricks online store operated at scaledbricks.com.

By placing an order for products on this Site, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms of Sale.

Scaled Bricks offers two categories of products for purchase:

Digital Products: Downloadable digital assembly instructions, building guides, and parts lists (PDF or XML formats).
Physical Products: Custom model building kits containing physical bricks/parts.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are in EURO and exclude applicable shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the moment your order is validated.
For international buyers, any local customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied at your country's border are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Scaled Bricks reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its discretion. Order validation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards and supported electronic payment gateways processed securely through Shopify. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5. Delivery

Digital Products: Access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification. A download link will be provided on-screen and sent via email to scaledbricks@gmail.com (or your provided email). No physical shipment will occur.
Physical Kits: Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

Digital Products: Pursuant to consumer protection laws regarding digital content, by purchasing digital downloadable instructions, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced. All digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of physical receipt to request a return of unopened, unbuilt physical kits in original packaging (sealed bags intact). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property & License

Digital License: Purchasing a digital product grants you a strictly personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the instruction file for personal building purposes.
Prohibition: You may not copy, resell, share, host, re-upload, or distribute our digital instructions or parts lists to any third party.
