This is the BF 109 F-4 moc made in 1:35 scale.

the model's dimensions are 28.5 cm wide, 26.1 cm long, and 9.8 cm high (without stand and with it's gear down). 

Features include posable flaps, ailerons, elevators, landing gears. It also features a propeller with blades that can rotate, and the cockpit does fit a minifig although due to the height of the canopy, the minifig cannot have a hat on or hair accessories due to the tight space. The aircraft comes with 2 loadouts, one 250kg bomb on the fuselage or 2 underwing gun pods.
